이번에 목 컨디션이 너무 안좋아서 이번화, 다음화 까지도 죄송합니다. 팟캐스트 일정 때문에, 녹음을 미룰 수가 없어서, 안 좋은 상태로 녹음을 했습니다. 몸 컨디션도 안 좋아서, 횡설수설 한 것 같아서, 듣기에 불편하지는 않으실지 걱정입니다.
에스-케타민과 글루타메이트는 정말 우울증 치료의 새로운 한 획을 긋게 된 약입니다.
에스-케타민과 알-케타민에 대해서도 준비는 많이 했는데, 이야기를 충분하게 하지 못해서 아쉽네요.
분명히 다음에 더 이야기 해볼 기회를 만들어보겠습니다. :)

- 케타민이 우리 몸에 어떤 작용을 하나?
- 뇌에서는 여러 부위에 작용 함. NMDA(N-Methyl D-Aspartate) 수용체의 결합부위에 작용하여서 여기에 결합하는 글루타메이트glutamate가 결합하지 못하도록 한다. NMDA가 신경흥분을 유발하는데 이를 억제하는 역할을 한다. (NMDA 채널을 막고, 채널이 열려있는 시간을 감소시킴), 그 외에도 전압 의존적 칼슘채널, 모노아민 수용체, 오피오이드 수용체, 세로토닌 수용체, 에스트로겐 및 프로게스테론, GABA 억제 인터뉴런과의 상호작용 등 분자적으로는 여러부위에서 다양한 작용을 하고 있습니다. 추가로, GSK3, CREB, eEF2K, mTOR, TrkB/BDNF 등 세포내 신호와도 연관되어있음. (너무 어려운건 그냥 스킵...)
복잡한 내용들을 준비했지만, 팟캐스트에서 이런 내용들은 되도록 빼기 위해서 노력했습니다. 수업 듣고 싶으신건 아닐 것 같아서... 그러다 보니 순서가 좀 뒤죽박죽 된 것 같아서 아쉽긴하네요. 더 쉽고 정확하게 전달하기 위해서 최대한 노력하겠습니다 :)
